To be eligible for a refund, please send us your request before the 30-day window or we cannot refund you.
To complete your refund, please provide your order number and if you have it, the receipt, confirmation email and/or proof of purchase. We will issue a refund as soon as we have reviewed it in our system. Refunds usually take up to 24 hours, but if you paid by credit card, you may not see your refund reflected for up to seven to 10 days, depending on the terms your provider specifies.
